i) Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and six months ended on 30th September 2020 duly signed by Mr. Vikram Oberoi Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer;
ii) Limited Review Report of the Auditors on the Unaudited Financial Results.
