The Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Hyderabad has approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between M/s. Avantel Limited (Transferee Company) and M/s. Wiki Kids Limited (Transferor Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors on 21.03.2017. The certified copy of the order allowing the petitions is awaited and the same shall be provided to the exchange upon the receipt.
