We hereby inform that the Sixteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held at 10.00 a.m. on August 27 2019.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday August 21 2019 to Tuesday August 27 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purposes as mentioned in the table below:
