1. Appointment of Mr. Jignesh Mehta and Mr. R. P. Mishra as Independent Director of the Company.
2. Resignation of Managing Director Mr. PVR Murthy with effect from August 16, 2013, whose term is expiring and Resignation of Mr. Rajesh Shah as Independent director from the Board, On the request of the Board of Directors Mr. PVR Murthy and Mr. Rajesh Shah had agreed to act as Advisors.
