Garware Marine Industries: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Cessation

Revised disclosure of cessation of Independent Director. The reason for revised disclosure is due to typo graphic error in Annexure page 1 i.e. name of the Director on second column. Kindly take the enclosed disclosure for cessation of Independent Director Mr. Sanjay V. Chinai w.e.f. 14th October 2025.Also note that on cessation of the above mentioned Independent Director the Company has already appointed an Independent Director vide disclosure cum intimation dated 12th August 2025
