This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (PIT Regulations) as amended from time to time and BSE Circular on 2nd April 2019 vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 the Trading Window Closure Period of JMT AUTO Limited will commence with immediate effect from 6th August 2019 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2019 for Specified Persons including Employees Directors Promoters Statutory Auditors & all connected persons as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
