The 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday the 21st September 2020 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are submitting herewith Notice of Annual General Meeting (including e-voting instructions) alongwith Annual Report 2019-20 which is also being sent through electronic mode to the members.
The Annual Report containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting is also uploaded on the Companys website at www.aiaengineering.com.
