This is to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on Thursday, 24th January, 2019 at Onward Technologies Limited, at the registered office to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018.
Further kindly note that, in this connection, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Employees, Directors, Promoters and connected persons shall be closed from 14th January, 2019 up to 31st January, 2019 (both days inclusive).
