1. The Board has Proposed and recommended, subject to approval of members of the Company, name of M/s Ramanand & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 0117776W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
2.The Board of Directors has approved, subject to approval of members of the Company, to Issue and Allot upto 1,95,000 equity shares of Face value of Rs.10/- each on preferential basis to Ms. Jyotsana Puri (Whole-Time Director & CFO), Ms. Soniya Singh (Managing Director) & Ms. Suvaiba Shurjil Khatri (Executive Director & COO).....
