Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that Ministry of Defence Government of India vide its letter dated 29th October 2020 appointed Mr. Anurag Bajpai as a Part-time Official Director in place of Dr. Amit Sahai Part-time Official Director. In this regard the Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution dated 4th November 2020 approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag Bajpai as Additional Director w.e.f 29th October 2020.
