The Trading Window/ for trading in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the period from 05th November 2018 to 15th November 2018 (both days inclusive).
The Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results(Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the half year and quarter ended 30th September, 2018, ratification of appointment of Merchant Bankers (Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited) and any other Business with the permission of the Chair.
