Swadeshi Industries & Leasing: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and as per the Code of Conduct for regulating & reporting of trading by insiders and for fair disclosure of the Company by the directors officers designated persons insiders (as defined in the code) and their dependants and family members shall remain closed from Wednesday October 1 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 becomes generally available
