JVL Agro Industries: Appointment Of Scrutinizer For 29Th Annual General Meeting.

This is to inform you that Mr. Koshal Agarwal (ACS 37508 CP No. 16670) Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed to act as Scrutinizer for remote E-voting and physical voting process at the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday 21st January 2020 in the fair and transparent manner.

Further the Company provides its members facility to exercise their right to vote by electronic means through e-voting services provided by Central Securities Depository Ltd. (CDSL).
