Hira Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, and pursuant to the Company?s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors and other employees etc. covered under the code from the closure of business hours of August 01, 2014 to closure of business hours of August 10, 2014.
