Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time (the PIT Regulations) and in accordance with the clarification issued by the Stock Exchange vide Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 and pursuant to the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT Regulations the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2020 till the completion of 48 hours after the financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2019 are submitted to the stock exchange and disseminated on the website of the Company.
