Geodesic: Appointment of Provisional Liquidator

Geodesic Ltd has informed BSE that a provisional liquidator has been appointed by the Bombay High Court pursuant to an order passed by the High Court in Company Application (L) No. 153 of 2014 in Company Petition 471. The provisional liquidator, on May 13, 2014, has taken physical possession of the assets and properties of the company lying at its registered office.

The Company has already filed an appeal against the impugned order, which appeal will come up for hearing in due course.
