The Board has approved the waiver of the outstanding unsecured loans granted to Ladam Foods Private Limited and Lacon India Limited (Associate Companies). Both the aforesaid Companies have ceased operations and are undergoing Striking off of their names from the Register of Companies maintained by Registrar of Companies. Accordingly the recovery of the said outstanding amounts is considered improbable.
