This is to inform you that the 16th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday 1st September 2023 at the registered office of the Company. Pursuant to section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the register of members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from saturday 26th day of August 2023 to Friday 1st September 2023(both days inclusive) for the purpose of 16th Annual General meeting.
