Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that Insurance Regulatory Development Authority of India (IRDAI) vide letter dated December 31st 2019 has granted a Certificate of Registration No. 692 to our wholly owned subsidiary Share India Insurance Brokers Private Limited to act as Direct (Life & General) Broker under the IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations 2018.
