PDS Multinational Fashions Limited has informed the Exchanges that its step down subsidiary namely Smart Notch Industrial Limited incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong has entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Brand Kreations Limited (Brand Kreations) a Company incorporated under the Laws of United Kingdom and has acquired 10% stake in Brand Kreations.
