The 16th AGM of the members of the Company will be held on Thursday 29th September 2022 at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without physical presence of the members at a common venue in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and Rules framed there under and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with MCA circulars dated May 5 2020 April 8 2020 April 13 2020 January 13 2021 December 08 2021 December 14 2021 and May 5 2022 (collectively referred to as MCA Circulars) and SEBI circular dated May 12 2020 January 15 2021 and May 13 2022 (SEBI Circulars) to transact the business as set out in the Notice convening the 16th AGM.
