Magna Industries & Exports: Board Meeting on Feb 13, 2016

Magna Industries & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters :

1. Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Result for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 along with the Limited Review Report as submitted by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

2. Adoption of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 including authorizing any Director of the Company to enter into amended Listing Agreement and submission of the same to BSE and any other applicable authorities, if required.

The Company will close the trading window in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations on February 03, 2016 and the trading window will open on February 16, 2016.
