We wish to inform you that the Company has received notice at around 21:15 Hours Indian Standard time on 7 January 2019, that newly-formed, wholly owned subsidiary of AGC Singapore has completed the acquisition of Black Box Corporation (NASDAQ: BBOX), a leading digital solutions provider, as intimated earlier in our previous filings.
