MSTC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 and to declare interim dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26 if any.
