Submission of Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25Pursuant to Regulations 34(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we are enclosing herewith the Annual Report of the Company. The same is also being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depository Participant(s) (DPs) in compliance of the Regulations 36(1)(a) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Further in accordance with the Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations the Company has initiated sending a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs providing a web-link from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
