C.P. Jaria & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101058W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years commencing from conclusion of ensuing Annual General Meeting upto the conclusion of 34th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2027 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9 2015 a brief profile of M/s. C.P. Jaria & Co. is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
