With reference to the above captioned subject we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i-e. 31st July 2020 at 4:00 P.M. has inter alia considered and approved the following:
i. Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended
31st March 2020.
ii. Auditors Report on Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the
quarter and year ended 31st March 2020.
We would like to state that S Agarwal & Co. Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditor
has issued audit report with modified opinion. Statement on impact of audit
qualifications (in respect of modified opinion on Standalone Audited Financial Results)
is enclosed herewith.
iii. Appointment of S. Agarwal & Co. Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditor of the
Company for the financial year 2020-21.
The aforesaid Board Meeting concluded at 6:00 PM.
