With reference to earlier announcement dated September 16, 2015 regarding Book Closure, Gillette India Ltd has now informed BSE that the Book Closure for the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Company, i.e., from October 19, 2015 to October 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) shall also be used for the purpose of determining the names of Members eligible for interim dividend, if declared by the Board of Directors of the Company on October 12, 2015.
