With reference to the captioned subject we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Meeting held on Wednesday March31 2021 have approved the appointment of Mr. Ankur Singh Company Secretary in whole time practice having Membership Number-A60761 and C.P Number-22820 as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.
The Board Meeting commenced at 5:30 PM and concluded at 6:15 PM.
