Trading Window closure for dealing in securities of the Company for all Insiders designated persons and their immediate relatives shall be close from the end of quarter till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2023 . The Trading window will be open 48 hours after the declaration of the said financial results .
