Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) please find enclosed Notice convening the 55th AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for Financial Year 2020-21. The Annual Report contains the information to be given and disclosures required to be made in terms of Regulation 34 (2) and 34 (3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 has been sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s).
