Nutraplus India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Allotment Committee of the Company will be held on August 16, 2016, inter alia, to transact following business:
1. Conversion of Share Warrants into Equity Shares.
Further, in accordance with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code of the Company from August 12, 2016 till August 18, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on August 19, 2016.
