Nivyah Infrastructure & Telecom Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys Board Meeting which was scheduled to be held on May 30, 2014 was adjourned and the adjourned meeting was convened on June 06, 2014 at 04.00 P.M.
However due to lack of quorum the said meeting was cancelled and now the Board Meeting will be held on June 10, 2014 wherein the Board will consider the Audited Quarterly Result for the quarter ended on March 31, 2014 along with any other business with the permission of the Chair.
