We would like to inform you that Suryam India Minecorp Private Limited (Suryam) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has transferred 9 00 981 equity shares representing 10% of paid up share capital of Exclusive Quarries Private Limited ("EQPL") to Sumanthra Techsoft Private Limited. Pursuant to this transaction has ceased to be subsidiary of Suryam India Minecorp Private Limited and accordingly EQPL will cease be a step down subsidiary of the Company
