Datamatics Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The Board has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation between Datamatics Software Services Limited and Datamatics Vista Info Systems Limited with and into Datamatics Global Services Limited and their respective shareholders, subject to approval of regulatory authorities as required and the Honble High Court of Judicature, Bombay.
2. The Board has deferred the proposal of sub-division of Equity Shares of the Company.
