Declaration of special dividend of Rs.20 per equity shares of the face value of Rs.10 each (200%) out of proceeds of sale of Consumer Durable Business, aggregating to Rs.97.08 Crores (including dividend distribution tax). The record date for the purpose of payment of special dividend has been fixed as June 09, 2017 and the dividend shall be paid on or before 30 days from the date of declaration.
