This is with reference to the Company holding in Commonwealth Centrum Advisors Limited, Hong Kong(CCAL) through a Joint Venture with Commonwealth Finance Corporation Limited(CFCL).
We wish to inform you that pursuant to redemption of shares by CCAL, the shareholding of the Company in CCAL had increase from 50% to 100%, thereby making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
