JSW Ispat Special Products: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that Mr. Kiran Menon has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from close of business hours of June 5 2023 to pursue opportunities outside the Group. Relevant details in connection with resignation of Mr. Kiran Menon from the office of Chief Financial Officer of the Company as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-I.Subsequent to his resignation as the CFO Mr. Kiran Menon also ceased as the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours of June 5 2023 as per regulation 30(5) of SEBI Listing Regulations for determining the materiality of any event or transaction for making the required disclosures to the Stock Exchange(s).
