JSW Ispat Special Products: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Scheme of Arrangement

This is with reference to our intimation dated May 27 2022 with respect to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Creixent Special Steels Limited (Transferor Company 1) JSW ispat Special Products Limited (the Company/ Transferor Company 2) and JSW Steel Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.The Honble NCLT Mumbai heard the petition on June 22 2023. We are pleased to inform that the Tribunal has uploaded a detailed Order sanctioning the said Scheme ("Order") on its website today i.e. July 7 2023.The certified true copy of the aforesaid Order is awaited.The said Scheme will become effective upon the Company Transferor Company 1 and Transferee Company after completing the requisite filings with the Registrar of Companies respectively as specified in the Scheme.
