This is to inform that in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from January 1 2020 for the Designated Persons till the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31 2019 and forty-eight (48) hours thereafter.
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31 2019 will be intimated in due course.
