Shraddha Prime Projects Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve To approve the proposal for fund raising up to an amount of Rs. 60 Crores (Rupees Sixty Crores Only) by way of issuance of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) of the face value Rs. 1 00 000/- (Rupees One Lac) each to the Investors falling under the Non-Promoter category.
