With reference to the above subject this is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the clarification from BSE dated April 02 2019 vides Circular Reference no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors Officers Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Saturday January 1 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2021.The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2021 will be informed in due course.You are requested to kindly note the same.
