The Board of Directors at their meeting held today at Mumbai i.e. 27.10.2025 approved the following:1. Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2025.2. Declaration of 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the FY 2025-26.
