Digjam Limited has informed the Exchange regarding publication of newspaper advertisements in connection with the petition filed by the Petitioner Companies under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 seeking sanction of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme) before the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chennai Bench (Honble NCLT). The petition was admitted by the Honble NCLT vide order dated September 02 2026 and the matter is listed for further hearing on Wednesday October 28 2026.Pursuant to the aforesaid order notices have been issued to the concerned Statutory Authorities inviting their representations if any and the requisite notice has been published in the newspapers as directed by the Honble NCLT. Any person desirous of supporting or opposing the Scheme may submit their representation to the Advocate appearing for the Petitioner Companies in the manner and within the time stipulated in the said notice.
