Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter & half year ended September 30 2019
pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations 2015 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit
Committee;
The standalone & consolidated audited financial results will be made available on the
Companys website www.ashokabuildcon.com.
The Board Meeting commenced at 1:30 p.m. and concluded at 5:20 p.m.
