We wish to inform you that Varyaa Creations Limited ("the Company") has decided to close the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated Persons and Relatives of Designated Persons with effect from Wednesday April 1 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31 2026 in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended from time to time) circulars issued by the stock exchanges and Companys Code of Conduct.
