In this regard we enclose copies of newspaper advertisements published on Monday 31st August 2020 in Financial Express - All Edition and Hindustan - Varanasi Edition for giving Notice to the Shareholders of the Company regarding adjournment of 30th Annual General Meeting for FY 2018-19 to be held on Friday 4th September 2020 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
