The Board of Directors of the company vide its Resolution passed by Circulation on 10 March 2026 up on recommendation of audit committee has approved the appointment of A D V & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the company to fil the casual vacancy arising due to merger of existing statutory auditors firm. subject to approval of the members of the company in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and rules made thereunder.
