VTX Industries: Board to consider Dividend

VTX Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2014, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:

1. To consider and approve the Audited Accounts and Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014, along with Auditors Report thereon.

2. To fix the date, venue and time for the 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year 2013-14.

3. To fix the date of annual book-closure for the year 2013-14.

4. To consider the proposal of recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2013-14.
