The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on or before November 14 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited and limited reviewed financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2026.In view of the above and pursuant to our earlier communication dated June 24 2026 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until further notice.
